Thanks so much to you and your team for helping us get the heat under control. As this is my first heating season as manager of the property I am learning more than I ever thought I would about boilers, radiators, air valves and the like.
I still may take the insulation off part of the main pipes in the basement but for now, the lower floor temp has been much better with just the radiator maintenance and adjustments. Thanks again for your help and patience! Hopefully I won’t need to bug you for a while.
